The location is amazing, is close to causeway bay metro station 5 mnts walk , and in the middle of the city everything is around.

The hotel is in a shopping area of Hong Kong Island. The metro is very close, about 3 minutes from the hotel (Caseway Station, exit for Time Square).There's also a tram stop almost opposite the hotel. These aspects make it easy to explore the city and beyond, which was made even easier by the fact that we bought "octopus" cards to use on all public transport. 😉😊 The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. Drinking water available free of charge in the room.

I did not use their breakfast because the location was so convenient to many local restaurants nearby. My room has a great partial mountain view and is near the metro and shopping area. The room is a bit smaller than expected, but other than that, the staffs are very accommodating. I love their hot water dispenser in the room for making tea to drink. Excellent location for tourists if visiting Hong Kong.

Excellent location - extremely conveniently located in the heart of CWB, close to (a large variety) of local eateries and restaurants, shopping district and public transport The hotel itself also has a number of restaurants. We have enjoyed our meals at the Chinese restaurant - high quality food and services at both yum cha lunch and dinner. Nice bar at Club28 which opens till 12am - good quality drinks and convenient considering most places in the area close at 10pm now. We stayed in a Tripe Family Room with a queen/large double bed, as well as a single bed - it was very spacious, clean and comfortable

Location is great! Our room was upgraded, and it was wonderful! Curtains open on electricity button. We had two bathrooms and a reception area. It was amazing! Breakfast had a good variety. Location was great. a few-minute walk from Times Square. Supermarkets and restaurants around. We had access to the Club 28 lounge, which was also great. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Perfect location at the heart of the shopping district of Hong Kong. Proximity to the railway station and various bus stops. Smooth check-in and check-out process with nice and polite front desk staff. Decent well-lit room with good ambiance. Sparkly clean toilet with good quality refillable toiletries. Great rain shower. Comfy bedding. Gorgeous smart TV. Enjoyable stay in the urban area.

The suite was spacious and luxurious. Beds were very comfortable and location was good- just a 5 min walk from Times Square. Will stay again.

location was good - the family enjoyed the many shopping options nearby kind and helpful staff - accommodated late check-out good breakfast choices clean facilities but overall the hotel feels a bit old and could benefit from a refurb
